A practical way to turn a concern into a clear, reviewable account.
This is an editorial preparation checklist, not filing instructions or an assessment of any legal claim.
- Describe one event at a time. Record the date, county, professional role, and what you personally observed. Separate what others told you.
- Keep originals unchanged. Work from copies. Identify the document title, date, page, and transcript lines supporting each statement.
- Separate the source from your conclusion. Label a personal account, allegation, complaint, court finding, or opinion accurately.
- Keep the full outcome. Include relevant responses, contrary evidence, dismissals, reversals, settlements, and later developments.
- Protect children and private records. Prepare redacted copies separately. Do not publish children's names, school details, addresses, therapy information, or sealed records.
- Identify the question you want reviewed. Explain which record supports it and what is still missing.
Private document intake is not open.
Do not upload or email sensitive case files. General email and social comments are not a confidential legal intake service.
