Family Court Legal Resources / Participate

Your experience can inform the questions.

We are preparing a structured way for litigants to share concerns and supporting information for review.

Private submissions are not open yet.

This page does not collect or save reports. Please do not send sealed records, children’s identifying information, medical records, or sensitive case documents through social media or general email.

Prepare a useful account

  1. Identify the county, court, professional role, and relevant dates.
  2. Describe specific events and separate firsthand knowledge from what others told you.
  3. Identify supporting records and exact pages or transcript lines.
  4. Retain relevant responses, contrary evidence, and later outcomes.
  5. Keep originals unchanged and prepare redacted copies separately.

How review is intended to work

Private receipt → source review → privacy review → editorial decision. Publication permission and permission for attorney contact will be separate choices.

Potential legal issues may later be screened by independently retained counsel. Participation does not establish representation, privilege, eligibility for a lawsuit, or that a RICO claim or class action exists.
